Let me introduce my background
After my personal experience returning to work as a new mom, I noticed something.
What I started to notice — in my clients, in my friends, and honestly, in myself — was this overwhelming cycle of guilt, exhaustion, and pressure to “do it all.” Moms were feeling like they had to be everything to everyone — the perfect nurturer, the flawless professional, the available partner — all while silently falling apart inside.
